The hotel is located just opposite Komtar and is very close to a lot of eateries, restaurants and coffee shops. The room is very clean and bathroom toiletries are quite complete, as well as iron n ironing board, hair dryer. All the staff are very friendly n helpful n always greets with a smile. Buffet breakfast spread is very nice too. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay there again during for our next visit.

Hotel location very convenient. Walking distance to Cecil market, Kimberly street, chulia street. It will be good if the in-house TV is smart TV so that we can enjoy watching you tube or Netflix program Hotel provide drinks and popcorn snacks at the lobby Grab car and grab food delivery also easy

這個酒店就是90年代的大酒店當時應該是很厲害的現在雖然舊了但是還是住得很舒服房間很乾凈也沒有鬼 😂 毛巾香香的 staff也helpful 我們住了四晚這個價錢沒毛病我是寧願選擇舊的大酒店也不願意住新的小酒店在東南亞玩首要條件是安全

Location is strategic for tourist. The 1st Avenue mall and The Komtar is walking distance, just right in front of hotel. Need to crosswalk the main road. The pool just lame and direct sunlight. It makes my children getting tanned after swimming 🤣 I call asked for swimming pool direction and he said level 2. I guess i get the prank call. It should be level 11. The room superb and huge for us. The cafe abit small for me. Some guest not even give space for cross path. Staff give a good service ! The food just moderate and has a variety.

I had a very good stay at St. Giles Wembley in George Town. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping malls, restaurants, and tourist spots. It is easy to get around from here. The staff Amri were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they gave me everything I needed. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was also clean, with a good shower. I liked that they gave free bottled water, a kettle, and basic toiletries. The hotel has a nice pool and a gym. I used both during my stay and had a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang. It’s a good place for families, couples, or business 訂房網站s. I would stay here again.

先説好的方面，服務態度不錯。從前台到管理層，都很有禮貌。衞生也做得很好。另外，酒店離中心遊覽區域有段距離,比如到壁畫街或青城蝦麵都需要1點多公里的距離。但是酒店後面的小路就有著名的三條路大排檔，離七條路巴剎也不遠。食物選擇較多。差的方面，房間很小，住了三晚，給的房間視野受限。但這些也無所謂。比較糟糕的是房間Wi-Fi很差，幾乎等於沒有，晚上無法使用。連圖片都無法打開。如果在意Wi-Fi的話，需要慎重考慮這點。

The location is good, near to attractions, eateries, and shopping mall. hotel is across from komtar and 1st avenue. there are traffic lights, do not need to run across the road..... the room is of good size, bedsheets are clean, 4 pillows, basic bath amenities, shower water pressure is strong too. buffet breakfast is within reasonable expectations, with wide variety. we stayed during off peak season, weekdays. no crowd. staff are friendly and helpful too. thank u

I had an overall good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. The location was convenient for getting around, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Maybe hotel can upgrade the televisions. sometimes I just want to stay at hotel and watch Netflix 😆
